I’d advise ‘Solyanka’ soup instead… đŸ™‚
I had to look that up, but not bad! Sounds pretty good, especially when it’s cold. Best of all – no beaver meat!
I like Russian soups, if it’s properly cooked – it’s good, but …in some places they add lots of fat (& that’s not fun)
