Nobel day!

Today the Nobel awards are presented in Sweden.  (Everything but the peace prize – Norway gets that).

Are the Swedish people excited about these brilliant scientists and authors who have changed the world?  Are they waiting to catch a glimpse of them on their televisions or outside the concert hall?

NO!  The only topic of discussion today will be “what will the princesses wear?!”  This is the only news and the only thing people talk about.  If I have to guess, I’d say we might be one princess short this year as she is living out of the country, but luckily we have the crown princess and the queen left to take photos of and write stories about.
