After a month-long stay in Texas eating fried foods, cheese dip and ice cream almost every day, I decided to try this “Hip Hop Abs” program that I saw on t.v.
It’s pretty good and a great workout, but being who I am I went to look in the mirror after the program was over and immediately became disappointed that I didn’t see abs.
The photo is a model who apparently completed her ab workout for longer than a day. I’ll give it a few more days, but I better see at least one ab by the end of this week!
